I bought a beautiful 2018 McLaren 540 GT. over the phone w no site visit, I was really pleased with the outcome. Brayden went above and beyond when I asked him to put a tracker in my car so I could follow the transportation company, which they did a great job and delivered right when they promised. Had a marker light that was out and the wiper fluid bottle was cracked that was discovered when I took it to service, and when I reached out to Derek He took care of it for me. Brayden, has our Prayers as his father fights Cancer and was pulled away at the end, but he even answered his phone once, when he was at the Hospital ( I did not know at that time). these are stand up guys, and next car, plan on seeing what they have and working with them again.. I have been lucky enough to own 66 cars since I was 16 years old. And now this car is the 67th and I felt as good as when I purchased my first car (or I should say my Dad purchased for $1,250. This car a heavily accessorized 2018 Camaro with 18,500 miles I purchased from Spady Group, in all honesty, was the best experience and the easiest effort to find a car I wanted and get a great trade on my previous car. Their business model puts the buyer over the need to sell a car. Between Derek and his assistant quickly saw I was not interested or wanted to experience the typical BS or the contrived used car verbal sales lines or one up on a sales person running to your car as you pull up to a large dealership. FYI, I choose the person I want to deal with when I purchase a car, not forced to use the one running to the car and forcing fake conversation on my time. Spady (Derek and Braydon) were the nicest, honest and extremely willing to help on their almost lowest price car they had for sale. The original car I saw on the web-site had sold but he then had something better to show me. Not at all a hard sell, or a push (my car was in the mid 40’s, compared to their inventory on most cars well over 200k and more. So I was a little peon in their sales that day. Derek called me to let me know about the other car available and I told him I would stop in and take a look; which I did the next day. It was all he said. I have purchased used cars and know very well perfection isn't always like a new car, but this was the key to this write up; it’s not about the end of the usual used car sale after papers are signed, its the help they provided on a couple of issues most other dealerships would not even acknowledge. This inability for major dealerships to show their quality is what turned me off on even looking at any cars there because even after buying 8 BMW’s and 2 Mercedes they failed on the follow through after a purchase. Derek recommended a very good warranty, he helped to replace 4 tires and never made me feel he walked after papers were signed. It was a very good experience and should I have the money to upgrade at some point Spady is the first place I would look to with no doubt. Both Derek and Breydon have created a place to purchase a car fun again and I walked away feeling good about it all. If there were 10 stars to select I would chose 10. Thank you so much for putting integrity, honesty and fun back in the car buying process.
