I called The Spady Auto Group to inquire about a Porsche and had the opportunity to speak directly with the owner. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome and valued. He took the time to personally show me around, and I even had the privilege of meeting his family, which was a great reminder that this is a business built around relationships, not just transactions. I never felt pressured to buy. He made it clear that he wanted to work with me whenever I was ready and was genuinely helpful throughout the process. I was in the fortunate position to buy a Lamborghini Huracan. I found one at Spady Auto Group that was almost the exact spec I wanted. I sent a message and within just a few minutes I had a response from Brayden. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and we set up a time to come look at the car. Brayden met me at the door and was more than happy to show me around the shop as well as answer any further questions I had about the car, and any other car they had in there for that matter. I understand well that's part of the job, but it didn't FEEL like a job to him and to Derek, the owner. I asked to get a PPI for the car, and it was set up immediately. When a couple issues came back on the car (no car is perfect) they agreed to fix those issues for me as part of the deal. No fuss. The whole process between me sending the first message to me taking delivery was 5 business days, which for a car at this level is very fast. It would have been shorter but there were outside factors I had to wait on before we could move forward that were outside their control. Throughout the whole process Brayden was very communicative, even messaging after hours and over the weekend if I had a question. It was probably the most pleasant experience I've had buying a car, there was NO PRESSURE at all. Bottom line: If I ever find myself in a position to buy another car like this, I'll look here first. They were as good as their word at every step, and their customer service was beyond spectacular.

Derek was a fantastic partner to work with in acquiring my restomodded 1967 pickup truck. He was very quick to respond to inquiries, provided all of the detail i needed to feel confident that this truck I bought would not disappoint. I was so confident, I bought it without seeing the truck in person as I had everything i needed to feel confident that the vehicle was in the condition I expected. I have had it home for the last few weeks and it continues to be a blast to drive. Huge thanks to Derek and his entire team! I would ABSOLUTELY buy out of state with Derek and Spady Auto Group again. To car enthusiasts whom it may concern, Those of us who enjoy the experience and wonder of driving special vehicles know one thing; cars are more than just transportation; they live in our DNA, they occupy our thoughts, we obsess, and whether in our garage or on the road, provide a sense of personal satisfaction that cannot be measured. Not all have the same taste or budget, however, we all experience that same sense of wonderment when we find that perfect combination of machine and art that speak to us on the metaphysical level. Our desire for perfection and beauty becomes our obsession. As a retiree, I began looking for my first exotic, not for street credibility, not for ego, not out of jealousy or to keep up with the Jones’, but to simply to enjoy owning a beautifully styled vehicle specifically built for the driver’s experience. This is when I came across Spady Auto Group in Scottsdale, Arizona. I worked closely, first with Brayden then Derek, (the owner of Spady Auto) in an effort to purchase one of their vehicles. Over the years, I have lost count of the number of car salesmen I have met and the cars I have purchased. Although admittedly, most of those vehicles fulfilled daily driving needs, none of the salesmen I worked with over the past forty years are comparable to the gentlemen of Spady Automotive Group. The customer service, inherent knowledge, and consideration offered by Brayden and Derek was not only incredibly generous, and informative, but truly an enjoyable experience. Furthermore, Spady is selective about what they bring into inventory, and purposefully stock only the highest quality vehicles building yet another pillar of buying confidence. Although I was unable to acquire the vehicle I so desired, I could not be happier with the service and patience I experienced while working with Brayden and Derek, and would not hesitate to offer my highest praise of their commitment to meet customer needs. I hope that I may be fortunate enough to work with Spady in the future while I continue the pursuit of that one special vehicle to fill the space in my garage.

Derek is a great guy and incredibly simple to deal with. He was entirely reasonable throughout the negotiation. You can tell he wants his business to grow and is 100 percent committed to customer service. I recently bought a 458 from him, and the entire process was seamless. 100 percent recommend if you're in the market!
