I normally don’t leave reviews, but after reading the recent 1-star review about the consignment truck, I felt I should provide some context because I’m the owner of that vehicle. The review claims the dealership was “screwing the owner” and refusing to sell my truck so they could make more money. As the actual owner, I can confidently say that isn’t true. Every offer is communicated to me, and I decide whether to accept or reject it. That’s how a consignment sale works. The dealership has represented my interests exactly as I asked them to. From the moment I walked in, they were extremely welcoming, gave me a great tour of the facility, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They’ve been transparent, professional, and have kept me informed throughout the entire process. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to consign another vehicle with them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a specialty vehicle.

I called The Spady Auto Group to inquire about a Porsche and had the opportunity to speak directly with the owner. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome and valued. He took the time to personally show me around, and I even had the privilege of meeting his family, which was a great reminder that this is a business built around relationships, not just transactions. I never felt pressured to buy. He made it clear that he wanted to work with me whenever I was ready and was genuinely helpful throughout the process. I was in the fortunate position to buy a Lamborghini Huracan. I found one at Spady Auto Group that was almost the exact spec I wanted. I sent a message and within just a few minutes I had a response from Brayden. He was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and we set up a time to come look at the car. Brayden met me at the door and was more than happy to show me around the shop as well as answer any further questions I had about the car, and any other car they had in there for that matter. I understand well that's part of the job, but it didn't FEEL like a job to him and to Derek, the owner. I asked to get a PPI for the car, and it was set up immediately. When a couple issues came back on the car (no car is perfect) they agreed to fix those issues for me as part of the deal. No fuss. The whole process between me sending the first message to me taking delivery was 5 business days, which for a car at this level is very fast. It would have been shorter but there were outside factors I had to wait on before we could move forward that were outside their control. Throughout the whole process Brayden was very communicative, even messaging after hours and over the weekend if I had a question. It was probably the most pleasant experience I've had buying a car, there was NO PRESSURE at all. Bottom line: If I ever find myself in a position to buy another car like this, I'll look here first. They were as good as their word at every step, and their customer service was beyond spectacular.

Derek was a fantastic partner to work with in acquiring my restomodded 1967 pickup truck. He was very quick to respond to inquiries, provided all of the detail i needed to feel confident that this truck I bought would not disappoint. I was so confident, I bought it without seeing the truck in person as I had everything i needed to feel confident that the vehicle was in the condition I expected. I have had it home for the last few weeks and it continues to be a blast to drive. Huge thanks to Derek and his entire team! I would ABSOLUTELY buy out of state with Derek and Spady Auto Group again.
